Join us for our exciting 2026 Show Season and qualify for our Buckle Series! Partnering with the North Central Liberty Horse Club, we will be offering buckles for each Division (Youth, Adult Amateur, and Open). Compete Virtually, Live or BOTH!

Virtual Buckle Series

No Memberships REQUIRED!

To qualify, competitors will need to earn 4 scores from a minimum of 4 individual shows at any of the 6 Virtual Shows hosted by the North Central Liberty Horse Club for 2026. All 4 scores must be within one level (First, Second, or Third) and at least one of the scores must be 60% or higher.

Competitors are eligible to compete and qualify for 2 levels as long as they are consecutive levels.

All competitors that qualify, will then compete in the Buckle Series Finals that will take place October 1st-12th. Winners in each Division will be awarded Buckles and other prizes will be granted to second and third place competitors.

LIVE Buckle Series

No Memberships REQUIRED!

To qualify, competitors will need to earn 3 scores from  a minimum of 3 separate shows at any of the 5 LIVE In-Person Shows hosted by the North Central Liberty Horse Club for 2026. All 3 scores must be within one level (First, Second, or Third) and at least one score must be 60% or higher.

Competitors are eligible to compete and qualify for 2 levels as long as they are consecutive levels.

The 3 highest scores from 3 separate shows, will then be averaged. Winners in each Division will be awarded Buckles and other prizes will be granted to second and third place competitors.

Are there any registration fees?

Nope! No additional fees or registration are required.

Are the Obstacles and Freestyle Classes included in the Buckle Series?

Yes! Competitors may compete in any of the patterns with in a level.

Can I compete if different patterns or do all of my qualifing patterns have to be the same pattern number?

No! Patterns must be within the same level but can be any pattern.

Is the Schooling Show in March a qualifying show?

No. The 5 qualifying Live Shows are May 16th, June 20th, August 1st, August 2nd, and September 12th-13th. 

Do I have to be a member of the Club?

NO! No memberships are required. Membership with the North Central Liberty Horse Club is NOT required to participate. However NCLHC members do receive discounts on registration. Learn more or join HERE.

Can I compete in the Lead Line and Liberty Classes?

Yes! Competitors are eligible to compete in both the Lead Line and Liberty classes offered at any show. However, a competitor cannot qualify for a Buckle in both classes within one level. If a competitor meets the criteria to qualify for both the Lead Line and Liberty Classes within 1 level, they must choose a level. A competitor could qualify for Lead Line and Liberty in separate levels however, for example, Lead Line in Second Level and Liberty in First Level.

Can I qualify for both the Virtual buckle and Live buckle?

YES! Competitors will still need to show at the minimum required shows hosted by the North Central Liberty Horse Club. (4 for Virtual Shows and 3 for Live Shows)
